The trend of electronic home appliances such as washing machines and refrigerators has increased with leaps and bound in the past decade. This phenomenon brings both positive and negative changes to society. I will provide details on this statement before giving anyone pan heavy.
There can be no doubt that science has changed the attitude of every corner of the world in its way. Even the way we do our household chores has changed a lot with the presence of consumer goods. The first and significant advantage of these products it saves time and makes life comfortable. The amount of time used to do laundry and cook food has reduced to a great extent.Secondly, it proved to be nothing less than a boon for the woman. With the assistance of these gadgets, house makers have become multitasking. Besides, washing clothes it becomes easy for them to prepare food in ovens simultaneously. The BBC News conducted a survey in which they show the figures that 60% of women switch quickly from one work to another than men due to these devices.
Some people think that hosting an international sports event is good for a country, while some think it is bad. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
Moreover, the devices such as motion detectors, surveillance cameras, automated door locks, and other tangible security measures throughout your home make you safe by tightening security. These devices can be activated from one mobile device before heading to bed. Smart home automation allows tapping into high-tech functionality and luxury that was not possible in the past. In this way, these items proved as a boon for society.
However, everything with huge advantages comes with disadvantages. The excessive use of this tendency leads to physical health issues such as obesity, heart attacks, asthma. For example, the chemical reaction of plastic utensils with food ingredients in ovens gives birth to life-threatening illnesses such as cancer, trauma. Another disadvantage is that more appliances consume more energy than creates environmental pollution at the world level. Incontestably, it depends on the populace to many extend how to use these items to avoid their harm. In supermarkets, these items are sold with written instructions that are ignored by the buyers. It can give a detrimental effect on their life as use of products without proper instructions. It can cause an accident like a fire at a house or workplace.
To conclude, consumer goods provide multifarious advantages that over shines the disadvantages. But it depends on people to extend they should use it that never give any harm. If we think deeply, then we cannot imagine our life without these devices.
